Thanks To...
This site represents a lot of my work, but also builds on the work of others. And I am also indebted to a number of people for their help.
First, I would like to thank the Rudolf Steiner Nachlassverwaltung (the foundation that manages Rudolf Steiner's Estate) for their excellent work in cataloguing and publishing Rudolf Steiner's work. Decades of careful scholarship went into assembling the Gesamtausgabe, or complete works, and this makes the work of all of us who would study Rudolf Steiner systematically that much easier.
Building the databases was made easier by a number of data sets that were made available to me. James Stewart provided an electronic version of all of Rudolf Steiner's lecture dates and locations, which I updated to include the newly published lectures of the last 20 years (yes, new works by Rudolf Steiner continue to be published from the archives 80 years after his death).
I would like to thank the Library of the Los Angeles Branch of the Anthroposophical Society for the database of Rudolf Steiner's work in English. It was a tremendous help to start with their master list. I substantially revised and expanded the initial data set, but this work took weeks rather than months.
I would like to thank my wife for her understanding and support while I worked on this project.
